We are seeking to appoint a School Receptionist to work within our Office Administration team. The role not only encompasses reception duties but other general administration duties which will need an ability and awareness of information technology systems.

You must be well organised, resourceful and hardworking. The ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, work independently and contribute significantly to effective team work are vital requisites.

The salary for this post is £14,551 – £14,770 per annum.

Your hours of work are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 days, three to be worked in the holidays.

Tottington High School is an 11-16 comprehensive school with a roll of over 930 students and total of 80+ staff. It is located on the north side of Bury in the village of Tottington, with easy access to motorways. The school will be converting to Academy Status on 1st November 2018 with the Shaw Education Trust.
