We are seeking to appoint an experienced, talented, pro-active and driven Executive Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership team across two of our academies in Bury, Greater Manchester. Castlebrook and Tottington High Schools’ are 11-16 years mixed community high schools’ positioned in Bury, Greater Manchester, and serve approximately 800/900 students.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to make a significant impact and shape a new role working collaboratively across both schools. We are looking for a candidate who will motivate and inspire staff and students and will continually review and update the service provision to sustain future growth and development of the academies.

You will be a member of the senior leadership team at both academies, playing a crucial role in leading, developing and managing all services essential to the successful performance of the academies. You will have excellent personal skills and be able to create an environment of open –mindedness, fairness and harmony between groups and individuals. Innovative and entrepreneurial you will be able to anticipate problems and devise appropriate solutions in order that you maintain current and relevant knowledge of policies and practices which may affect the schools. You will advise the Principal, Academy Councillors and staff on matters pertaining to the role.
