Childline have recently announced a new page on their website called Calm Zone which contains really useful help, advice and tips about trying to remain calm. There are lots of way to feel calmer. It’s about finding what works for you. Why not try some of the breathing exercises, activities, games and videos on the Calm Zone page to help let go of stress.
