What’s your favourite food?
I like a lot of fish and seafood, there are lots of variations, its quite versatile you can have it battered, poached, steamed, fried and with salads, there’s so much you can do that people don’t usually think of.
What is your favourite sport?
My favourite sport is football, I can’t play anymore but I still like watching it and I’ve been watching the euros.
What is your favourite book?
I read a lot of autobiographies of music artists like Sting and Ozzie Osbourne.
What do you do in your spare time?
I play bass guitar and I like to research my family history.
What do you like about working at Tottington High School?
Everyday is different, no two days are the same. Some of the challenges are food standards and value for money.
If you didn’t work here what would do for a job?
If I didn’t work here, I’d like to own an antiques shop, maybe selling vinyl LPs.
