One of our reporters, Amy Laws, went to interview Science teacher, Mr Tandy. Here are the questions and answers:

Q. Why did you want to become a Science teacher?

A. “I love science, and in sixth form, I taught road safety to children and I thought that teaching was a good thing to do.”

Q. What GCSE grades did you get?

A. “I got a B in everything – English Literature, English Language, Maths, French, Geography, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.”

Q. If you were not a Science teacher, what job would you have?

A. “If I wasn’t a Science teacher, I would either be professionally playing golf, or I would be retired.

Q. What was your favourite subject?

A. “My favourite subject was Biology.”
